Connecting governments, industry and technology

We build AI around living digital models of real places — and bring together the people deciding how AI becomes part of everyday life.

Explore technology

AI strategy & advisory

Where AI will move your numbers — and where it will not. We help you decide what to build, what it will actually take, and how to specify it before you commit budget.

Computer vision & video intelligence

Systems that watch live video and understand what they see — people, vehicles, hazards, anomalies — engineered for existing camera infrastructure and safety-critical environments.

Digital twins & world models

Living digital counterparts of real places — built from your drawings, rehearsed in simulation, and trained for your specific case before day one on site.

AI agents & automation

Autonomous software agents that carry real workflows — monitoring, reporting, escalation — under explicit, human-defined rules, with full audit trails.

Custom software engineering

When the system you need does not exist off the shelf: designed, built and operated end to end, on your infrastructure or ours.

Governance, training & briefings

Deployment frameworks that satisfy regulators and auditors — and clear, jargon-free briefings that put decision-makers in control of the technology they own.

How we deliver

The same discipline, every engagement

We start with the problem

Not the model. A concrete problem, a person who owns it, and an agreed way to measure success.

We architect for your constraints

Existing hardware, data that cannot leave your perimeter, teams that will actually use it.

We build what matters

A working system in the field early — then made reliable enough to run every day.

We deploy inside your perimeter

On-premise by default. Your data, your hardware, your control — documented and auditable.

We operate and improve

Monitoring, incident review and model updates as an ongoing discipline, not a handover.

We transfer the knowledge

Your teams learn to run, question and govern the system — the capability stays with you.

The Aller Forum

Technology decides what is possible. Policy decides what is permitted. Culture decides what is accepted. AI will become a standard only where all three agree.

Technology

Systems that know the places they protect

Most AI systems process what a camera sees, frame by frame. Ours are built differently: they carry a model of the place itself — its spaces, its routines, its normal state — and judge every event against that understanding. The difference is between software that watches, and software that knows what it is watching.

Step 01

The twin

A living three-dimensional counterpart of your place — its structures, its zones, its cameras — kept current as the place changes.

Step 02

The understanding

The system learns the rhythm of the place — what belongs, what repeats, what is normal — so it can recognise the moment something isn't.

Step 03

The action

When something truly matters: a verified alert with the evidence attached, to the person responsible. People decide; the system informs.

Digital twins & world models

A digital counterpart of your world

Every place is different — so we don't train our models on the internet's images. We start from your drawings, build a faithful digital counterpart of the site, rehearse thousands of scenarios inside it, and train the system there.

By the time a camera is mounted, the AI has already spent a lifetime in your building.

The same approach carries beyond security: planning, monitoring, training and what-if analysis — on a living copy of your operation, built for your specific case.

Where it applies

From production floors to private homes

Manufacturing

Quality, safety and security on production floors — on the cameras you already have.

Security operations

Perimeters, gates and critical zones watched with understanding, not motion alerts.

Residential

Twin-based protection for private properties — judgement, not noise.

Service operations

Structured conversations at scale, handled around the clock and fully reviewable.

Our products

Built by us. Run by us.

We build products alongside our client work — systems designed for problems our clients actually had, and that we run ourselves.

The Talos family

Named after the bronze guardian of Crete who circled the island three times a day — and never slept.

Talos Home

A living digital twin of your home, with a guardian's judgement

Talos Home builds a living, three-dimensional twin of your property. Everything that happens — people, vehicles, events — appears on that living map as it happens, and stays there as history you can return to.

The system learns the rhythm of your home and understands its spaces, so it can tell routine from risk in context — and act with judgement rather than raw alerts.

All of it stays on premise. Nothing leaves the house.

Residential

Orbis Call

AI voice agent for calls at scale

Orbis Call handles structured, high-volume conversations — confirmations, follow-ups, first-line inquiries — naturally and around the clock.

Every call is logged and reviewable by your team, so the volume work runs reliably while your people keep the conversations that need a human.

Governments & public affairs

Where technology meets policy

Our advice comes from practice, not theory. The same engineering discipline that runs our systems in the field is what we bring to the question every institution now faces: what AI can be trusted to do — and what it cannot.

01
Adoption & procurement What to buy, what to build, and how to specify it so vendors can be held to it.
02
Governance & policy alignment Deployment frameworks that satisfy regulators, auditors and the public.
03
Briefings for decision-makers Clear, jargon-free assessments of what AI can and cannot do for your mandate.
The longer view

AI is becoming a standard

Every foundational technology finished the job by becoming a standard — the socket in the wall, the fuel at the pump. Invisible, regulated, everywhere. AI is approaching the same threshold — and the frame it needs is not only technical. It is regulatory and cultural.

That is why the Aller Forum exists

The Aller Forum

Technology decides what is possible. Policy decides what is permitted. Culture decides what is accepted. AI will become a standard only where all three agree.

Why the Forum exists

The Forum exists to give political, religious, business and civic leadership a structured way to face what these technologies ask of the human being — together, at one table.

AI can compute almost anything. It cannot tell us what matters. That knowledge does not live in data — it lives in people: in communities and traditions that have carried the question of what it means to be human for thousands of years. The Aller Forum brings that knowledge to the same table as the people who build the technology and the people who write its rules — to shape one culture of the future, in the era of AI.

The themes
Theme 01

Artificial intelligence

The standard being set now — and on whose terms it enters everyday life.

Theme 02

Biotechnology & human augmentation

The human body as the next frontier of technology — and of responsibility.

Theme 03

The convergence

What happens when these technologies meet — up to the hardest question of all: synthetic consciousness.

Theme 04

Preservation of knowledge & heritage

Carrying millennia of memory — texts, traditions, places — safely into the digital age.

Outcomes

What the Forum leaves behind

The Forum's outcomes are not documents that disappear into drawers — they are works: exhibitions, dialogues, artifacts of a culture deciding its future.

The group

A group structure, built deliberately

Aller Group is the umbrella for three activities that keep each other honest. The engineering work keeps the advisory grounded — we recommend only what we could build ourselves. The advisory work keeps the engineering relevant — we build for the constraints institutions actually operate under. And the Forum keeps both connected to the people the technology ultimately serves.

Behind the group stands an engineering practice whose systems run in production today — computer vision, digital twins, autonomous agents — and a conviction that the decade ahead belongs to those who can build this technology, govern it and explain it at the same time.
